If Flex Employment (and your employer) wish for you to stay longer on the job – based on your knowledge, experience and effort – there’s a chance that you’re offered a contract for a longer or indefinite amount of time. Usually these contracts are offered to workers who have degrees or certificates and bring experience in certain areas of work.
